Exchange and Refund procedures

Upon Receipt of Package
Upon receipt of delivery please check your package immediately before removing any tags or packaging to be sure it was filled as placed. If there is a problem, contact us by using the form below within three (3) calendar days of receipt of the package. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size, style, color or need alterations. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipment or upon receipt.

Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange any dress for size and color within 5 calendar days upon receipt of delivery. Please use the request form below to obtain an authorization number. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
We offer full refunds on the cost of the dress minus any shipping and handling charges if return request is made within 3 calendar days upon receipt of package. No exceptions. Refunds will be shown on your credit card statement within 7-14 days after the returned items have been received by the Ballerina Collection.

If you are exchanging for a different style than originally purchased, the difference in cost will be charged to the original credit card purchase was made. If a credit is due to you, a store credit will be issued for the difference – no refunds will be made.

Exchange and Refund Procedures:

  • Request a Return Authorization within 3 calendar days (for refunds) and 5 calendar days (for exchanges) of delivery using the form below. You will be provided with an authorization number, address and instructions by email. All garments sent for return must have tags and packaging attached in original condition and the properly issued Return Authorization Code clearly marked on the outside of the package. The garment must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered and undamaged to be accepted. Packages sent back without the appropriate Return Authorization code on the box or not meeting criteria will not be refunded or exchanged at the customer’s expense. A refund for the price of the product minus shipping will be made within 7 days to the credit card used to place the order minus shipping and additional insurance charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for return items.
  • The returned item(s) must be shipped back within 2 business days after receiving the return authorization number and it must arrive within 10 calendar days. Please use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped back within 2 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. If the item is not shipped back within 5 business days, the return authorization is void. No refunds will be given for items sent back more than 5 days after a return authorization has been released.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend that you insure your package, at your own expense.
  • If for any reason you are not approved for the return, an email will be sent with the reason for disapproval. Any merchandise returned without a RMA# will be returned or refused at the buyer's expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All Sale items and Accessories such as headpieces, tiaras and gloves are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Stock items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer can be returned within 3 days after receipt if all tags and packaging are attached in original condition, they are unlaundered, unworn and undamaged. Restocking fees may apply - be sure to review the Policies that you read and accepted when placing your order.

Instructions on where/how to return will arrive by email with your Return Authorization Code normally within one business day after submitting the form(offices are closed weekends and holidays).
