1. What is the Ballerina Collection?
Ballerina Collection is a family owned and operated company that is
dedicated to creating the highest quality dresses with one-of-a kind
designs at affordable prices. We manufacture the dresses in the United
States to ensure highest quality and up-to-date and stylish products.
Selling directly to the public allows us to pass along the savings
to the customer and allows you to focus on the perfect dress for your
special girl without worrying about price.
We carry Baby dresses ranging from 3 months to 24 months and Special
Occasion dresses from children sizes 2-16 and a wide range of accessories
to match. We also carry boy’s tuxedos and suits under the Little
Men section that has been highly popular. 2.
Do you have printed catalogs?
To keep our prices low for our customers and due to the rapidly
changing styles we do not produce printed catalogs. For the latest

3. Your prices are so great. Would I be
sacrificing quality?
We are a manufacturer selling directly to the public, which allows
us to ensure that our quality is high and our prices low. We oversee
from purchasing of the fabric to the manufacturing (all products
are made in the USA) to ensure that we maintain our high quality.
As mentioned above, we firmly believe that it shouldn't cost a fortune
to dress your little girl. We stand completely behind the quality
of our dresses. Compared to your local department store, bridal
boutique or even other websites on the internet our dresses offer
just the same if not higher quality and style at a much affordable

Product / Sizing
1. How do I know which size I need? Can
you help me?
Ballerina Collection dresses are made so that it corresponds with
children’s casual wear to simplify shopping and for the most
comfortable fit for your child. The best way is to correspond the
dress size with the T-shirt/Top size she normally comfortably wears.
We recommend that if the child is in-between sizes to go up a size
to allow for room and alterations if necessary. If you need additional

2. What fabrics/materials are your dresses
made in?
The fabrics and materials differ widely by style but we ensure that
our fabrics are of the highest quality. Our fabrics ranges from
100% Dupioni Silks, satin, organza, cotton and linen.
3. How should I care/wash the dresses?
The care instructions for each dress vary widely. We recommend dry-cleaning
to ensure that the dresses retain its high quality.
Placing an Order
1. How do I place an order with Ballerina
Collection?
You can place your order directly online at www.BallerinaCollection.com
or call us at 1877-596-0666 between Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. –
5 p.m. PST to place an order with one of our personal shoppers.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for payment of our
merchandise through a secure link for your protection.
3. What happens after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email invoice confirming
your order. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact
you with the backorder date or recommend alternative dresses.
Once your order has been processed you will receive another email
confirming shipment. In this email it will provide you with an online
link so that you can track your package. You can also contact us
and we will track your package for you.
*Note: we recommend all hotmail and yahoo
users to check their Junk/Bulk mailbox as sometimes they may not
recognize our email address.
Shipping
1. How long does it take to process my order
before it is shipped?
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from
date it was ordered.
2. What method of shipping do you use?
Our primary method of shipping is via UPS for all domestic shipments
and USPS for International Shipments. We have four choices for shipping
within the United States: Ground (7-10 business days), 3 Day Select
(3 business days) and 2 Day (2 business days) and Overnight Shipping
(limited areas only). Shipping costs vary with destination. Shipping
time does not include 1-2 day processing time.
Note: UPS does not ship to PO BOX addresses so please use a complete
physical address or the goods will be returned to us and any additional
costs will be charged to your credit card.
3. Do you ship Overseas?
We do ship Internationally but rates and delivery times vary significantly.
Global Express Mail starts at approximately $30 for 3-5 days delivery.
Airmail Parcel post starts at $19.00 for 4-10 days and Parcel Post
starts at $20.00 for 4-6 weeks. Please note that prices vary greatly
depending on destination.
4.How long does it take to receive an order?
Once an order is placed, it takes between 1-2 business days to process
your order. Once your order is placed, shipping time depends on
the method of shipping and your location.
5. I need a dress quickly. Can you send
orders overnight?
We do have Overnight Shipping available as Express Shipping as long
as the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. P.S.T.
Returns/Exchanges
1. What if I get an item and I need to return
it?
We make every effort to ensure you receive the dress that will be
the perfect fit for your girl and special occasion. There are times,
however, when a dress may not fit or may not have been what you're
looking for. In these cases we offer Returns and Exchanges:

2. I need to exchange a dress but I need the
new one immediately. What are my options?
Since exchanges are not processed until
we receive the original order from you, if you need to receive a
dress immediately I recommend that you place a new order and follow
the exchange procedures. Once we receive the return dress we will
credit your account for the cost of the dress minus shipping and
handling charges. Please see Return and Exchange Policy for full
details.
3. What if I'm sent the wrong size/item?
Ballerina Collection’s quality
and shipping department checks each and every order before shipping
to ensure that you receive the dress you ordered. If, in the rare
event, your receive the wrong product, simply return the dress to
us using the Return form and we will get the correct merchandise
to you as soon as possible.
